Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Occasional delays outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays) may extend delivery slightly.

Shipping Rates
Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $3.99.
